Who we are

This site and the Triptyka passports are provided by Origentum, LLC, doing business as Triptyka, a Texas company. Contact: hello@triptyka.com. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Buying a passport

Passports are sold through our Etsy shop, and Etsy's terms and policies govern the purchase, payment and any refund or case. If something is wrong with your order, message us on Etsy or email us and we will make it right where we can.

What you may do with a passport

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence: print it, fill it in, keep it, and use the phone app for yourself. Please do not resell, share, upload, or give away copies of the files or the app unlock codes, and do not use the content in your own products.

Please check before you travel

We research every place carefully, but opening hours, admission prices, addresses, rules and conditions change, and some places close. Confirm the details with the venue before you go. Tips are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own safety and travel decisions, and Triptyka is not responsible for any trip, injury, cost or loss connected with your travel.

Names and brands

Places, teams, venues, brands and distilleries named in our passports belong to their owners. Triptyka is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Our content

The text, design, layout and images made by Triptyka are owned by Origentum, LLC, doing business as Triptyka and protected by copyright. TRIPTYKA is our assumed business name.

No guarantees; limit of liability

The site, the passports and the apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Triptyka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Privacy Policy.
